Scope
Manovio, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Manovio," "we," "us," or "our"), may send communications to people who request information, submit a form, select communication topics, or otherwise authorize Manovio to contact them. This page describes how we manage non-operational communications and related preferences.
This page supplements the Privacy Notice. If a customer agreement, product notice, event registration, or other written agreement applies to a separate relationship, that document may contain additional communication terms.
Sender identity and contact
Manovio LLC sends these communications. Mailing address: 3704 NW 97th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32606. You can contact Manovio about communications, unsubscribe concerns, preference changes, or suspected unauthorized signup through the contact page.
You may withdraw consent, unsubscribe from all marketing email, or change selected topics at any time. Include the email address involved so Manovio can locate the relevant preference or suppression record.
Communication topics
Manovio communications are grouped by topic so people can choose the messages that match their interest. Current topics may include Manovio news and product updates, events and learning opportunities, release or availability information, and optional early-adopter access.
Selecting a topic does not guarantee that Manovio will send a message about every update in that category. We intend to send communications that are relevant to the selected topics and reasonable for the relationship.
Email practices
Manovio commercial emails will identify Manovio as the sender, use accurate routing and header information, use subject lines that are not materially misleading, include a valid postal address, and provide a clear method to opt out of future non-operational emails.
Manovio may use third-party service providers to deliver email and manage preferences. Service providers are expected to process communications data only as needed to provide services to Manovio and support legally required opt-out handling.
Changing preferences or unsubscribing
Non-operational Manovio emails will include an unsubscribe or preference-management method. Where Manovio sends commercial email, the opt-out method will remain available for at least 30 days after the message is sent. You may also contact Manovio through the public site and include the email address used for signup.
Manovio will honor legally valid opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. For US commercial email, that period is no later than 10 business days after receiving the opt-out request. We will not charge a fee, require unnecessary information beyond what is needed to process the request, or require you to take unreasonable steps to opt out.
Suppression and resubscribe
If you unsubscribe or ask not to receive non-operational communications, Manovio may keep a limited suppression record so we can honor that choice and avoid sending future marketing email to that address unless you later confirm a new signup or otherwise re-authorize communications.
Manovio does not sell or transfer opted-out email addresses for marketing. We may share suppression information with service providers that help us process opt-outs, maintain email systems, or comply with legal requirements.
Operational and transactional messages
Unsubscribing from marketing, news, event, availability, or early-adopter communications does not stop service, security, legal, transactional, or relationship messages that are necessary to operate, protect, or administer a Manovio relationship. If an operational message includes promotional content, Manovio will handle that promotional portion under applicable marketing-email rules.
Preference and consent records
Signup, confirmation, preference, unsubscribe, and suppression events may be recorded with selected topics, channel, consent status, source page, policy version, timestamp, IP address, browser information, session identifiers, and bot-verification outcome. These records help Manovio honor preferences, reduce unauthorized signups, investigate abuse, and avoid sending messages to people who opted out or did not request them.
Preference records may use statuses such as pending, confirmed, active, unsubscribed, or suppressed depending on the workflow, region, and communication type.
Regional consent handling
We collect country or region so Manovio can understand which communication and consent rules may apply. Preference handling may differ by geography, communication type, and relationship to Manovio. For example, some regions may require opt-in consent or confirmed consent before marketing email is sent, while other regions may permit certain relationship-based outreach with a clear opt-out.
When the applicable rule is unclear or a signup has not been confirmed, Manovio may hold the record in a pending state, request confirmation, suppress the address, or avoid sending non-operational communications until the requirement is satisfied.
Privacy and data handling
The privacy page explains how Manovio handles signup records, technical evidence, service providers, retention, and privacy choices.
Changes to this Notice
We may update this Communications Preferences Notice from time to time to reflect changes in communication workflows, legal obligations, or service-provider practices. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
