Disclosures of personal information
We may disclose personal information to vendors, processors, and service providers that perform services for us, including hosting, content management, security, bot protection, telemetry, analytics, business systems, customer relationship management, email delivery, preference management, logging, collaboration, and infrastructure operations.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction involving Manovio LLC, such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information collected through these public website and communications workflows. We do not knowingly share that information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use public-site signup information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Retention periods vary by category and context. Preference, consent, unsubscribe, and suppression records may be retained as needed to prove and honor choices. Contact and inquiry records may be retained for business follow-up and recordkeeping. Security logs, telemetry, and bot-protection records are generally retained for shorter operational periods unless they are needed for investigation, fraud prevention, legal hold, compliance, or dispute resolution.
Privacy choices and rights
You can choose which Manovio communications to receive, change preferences, or unsubscribe from non-operational communications. The communications page explains how those choices work.
You may request that Manovio review, correct, delete, or provide information about certain public-site records associated with you, subject to legal limits and verification. We may use information you provide for verification only to evaluate and respond to the request. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the request from the information already available to us.
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of another person when applicable law allows it, but we may require proof of authorization and may still need to verify the identity of the person who is the subject of the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you.
